How are jobs are categorized:

Interim Assignments

Interim positions last an average of two-three months, sometimes longer. Unlike contract work where you're responsible for all statutory deductions, HR Only pays the employer portion of employment taxes and workers' compensation insurance, and you'll receive a W2 instead of a 1099.You receive a paycheck for every week you work as well as eligibility for HR Only's wonderful benefits.

Interim-to-Hire

Interim-to-Hire positions are an excellent option in these volatile times. Not only does the company get to know you and your skills before offering you a position, but you have an opportunity to "audition" the company to get a feel for the position and the company before you commit.

Regular Full-Time

Regular Full Time (RFT) placements occur at all levels of the Human Resources spectrum, from HR Directors and Vice Presidents to HR Assistants. There is never a fee to the candidate for any placement.

 

What If I Want To Email My Resume?

HR Only has two accounts you can send your resume to. The recruiting@hronly.com account is best for sending text resumes and resumes attached as Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format.

Do You Only Accept Resumes From Southern California?

No, although HR Only operates in the So. California area, if you're planning on moving to California we'd be happy to receive your resume. Please be sure to include the dates you'll be in the Los Angeles area so we can schedule a convenient interview.
