DIRECT DEPOSIT Direct Deposit is the no-cost, safe, and convenient way to deposit your paycheck to the financial institution account(s) of your choice. Direct Deposit provides convenience, peace of mind, and instant access (funds are available Friday morning).

EMPLOYEE SAVINGS PLAN (401K) Upon completion of 1,000 hours of service (in a 12 month period) with HR ONLY, HR professionals are eligible to join our Profit Sharing Plan with Deferred Salary Reduction options. Under this type of plan, employees are allowed to contribute a portion of their pre-tax compensation. Additionally, our parent company, Barrett Business Services, Inc. may make optional contributions to the Plan each year.

PAID HOLIDAYS Upon completion of 1,000 hours of continuous work with HR ONLY you become eligible for five paid holidays: Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. This pay is at your usual rate, and is paid when you work 24 hours during the week in which the holiday falls.

SERVICE BONUSES At 2,000 hours of continuous work for HR ONLY, HR professionals receive a service bonus of one weeks pay. Every 2,000 hours thereafter, they receive two weeks pay as a service bonus.
